We understand you may have questions based on the way we operate, which is why we have provided this page of frequently asked questions with the appropriate answers. Please do make sure your question has not already been answered on this page before proceeding to ask yourself.



Is it safe to leave the keys with you so you can clean while it's empty?


Yes, this is perfectly safe and, in most cases, advised. It is our duty to give you the best experience possible. The easiest way we can do that is if your building is totally empty to avoid distractions and inconveniences. We have an extremely secure key holding service so you can be sure that your property is safe while the keys are in our hands.



What time do you operate?


We usually operate between 8:00AM and 5:00PM but we will arrange a time when we discuss the job.



What happens if you break something in my premises?


Our cleaners are fully insured and we will gladly provide the certificate to prove it. Be assured, we will be extremely careful around your precious items. Should anything happen, however unlikely, we will try to replace your item if it is not repairable. We do advise that you remove all precious items from the room prior to our cleaners arriving just to be on the safe side.



What should I do if I need to cancel my scheduled cleaning on a certain day?


We require at least 24 hours notice before we are scheduled if you would like to cancel or reschedule your service.
